Swing down ink fountains with twenty (20) motorized Goss remote controlled ink keys, one-piece ink fountain blades.
Each printing couple has an eight (8) roll ink train consisting of one (1) direct gear driven steel ink fountain roller, (1) knurled micrometric roller, two (2) ink oscillator drums with Rilsan covering, two (2) transfer rollers with rubber covering, and two (2) form rollers with rubber covering.
Spiral brush style dampening system, complete with
one (1) variable speed water pan roller with press speed tracking, one (1) fixed speed brush roller, one (1) oscillating chromed transfer roller, and one (1) rubber form roller.
Each plate cylinder is solid stainless steel and with a slot gap plate lockup system.
